Testing Notes: Elegant aromas of honeysuckle and hay, hints of brioche and baked apple. Fruity flavors with sweet notes balanced by a firm acidity and a tense yet harmonious finish. Yellow in colour with golden hues, it’s bubbles make up a fine and persistent perlage.

Keeping Time: This wine will reach its full expression within the next 5 years
