Grape Varieties: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: Oaked for 12 months.
Tasting Notes: Intense and elegant, boasting precise aromas of ripe wild berries and spices. The palate is complex of ripe fruit notes such as plums and black cherries. Nice mouthfeel, expressive tannins, lively acidity and persistance.
Keeping Time: This wine will reach it’s full expression within the next 8 years.
